Samantha Blake
The Connection Specialist
Hi, I’m Sam.
I’m so glad you’re here.
If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I genuinely love people. I love hearing their stories, understanding what makes them tick, and helping them make sense of the messy, beautiful, complicated parts of life.
Somewhere along my own life journey (with all its twists and lessons), I realised I had both the heart and the skills to help others navigate theirs.
Over the years, I’ve worked extensively in the area of Domestic and Family Violence (DFV), supporting women and young people through incredibly complex and courageous chapters of their lives. That work has deeply shaped me. It’s strengthened my belief that everyone deserves relationships built on respect, safety and strong values — not fear, confusion or control.
Healthy relationships aren’t just about romance, they’re about how we show up as parents, colleagues, leaders, friends and partners.
They’re about boundaries. Communication. Self-worth, Self-trust, Accountability. It is about knowing who you are and no longer living in fear to truly own it!
I’m curious, down to earth and genuinely non-judgemental. You won’t get fluff or fancy jargon from me. You’ll get real conversations, practical tools and maybe even a laugh or two along the way, because growth doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time.
Healthy relationships aren’t just something we hope for, they’re something we can learn, practice and strengthen.
