So, who am I?

My journey hasn’t been a straight path.

I left high school in Year 9 and became a young mother at 17. It took years of navigating life, learning from challenges, and figuring out who I truly was and where I fit in the world.

Along the way, I discovered my values and learnt to trust myself became a cornerstone of my growth.

Eventually, I returned to study, completed my university degree, and found a deep passion for supporting others to do the same. To find clarity, confidence, and connection in their own lives.

Today, I’m a mother to a teenage daughter, an animal lover, and someone who treasures life’s experiences and special moments.

I specialise in:

  • Public Speaking

  • Domestic and Family Violence (including coercive control)

  • Delivering Specialised programs

  • Values based work to build self-awareness, confidence, and healthier relationships

  • Child and Youth support

  • Trauma

  • Grief and Loss

  • Drug & Alcohol support

In addition to one-on-one counselling, I deliver tailored workshops and programs for schools, private businesses, and organisations, and I am an experienced public speaker, sharing practical strategies to strengthen relationships, communication, and wellbeing across communities.

I’ve faced a variety of life experiences myself, and these have helped me develop empathy, resilience, and practical skills I bring into the therapy room. My goal is to guide you on your own journey and help you reconnect with your values, build self-trust, and create the meaningful life and relationships you deserve.

Strong values lead to strong relationships — I help individuals, organisations and communities live with clarity, confidence, and connection.

I work with clients and businesses to support them to find the truest connection to themselves.

Life can be messy, complicated, and sometimes downright confusing, and that’s okay.!

My work is about helping people and organisations make sense of it all, connect with what truly matters, and bring a little more calm, clarity, and joy into everyday life.

When you understand your values, your passions, and what actually lights you up, it shows up in everything — your relationships, your choices, and even your Monday mornings.

I’ve navigated a fair share of life’s twists and turns myself, which gives me a real appreciation for every story and every journey.

I’m a disability advocate and proudly welcome the LGBTIQA+ community, creating a space where everyone can feel safe, seen, and understood.

No matter where you’re starting from, I’m here to guide you toward healing, self-connection, and a life that actually feels like yours. Together, we’ll work on building stronger relationships, clearer boundaries, and that all important sense of coming home to yourself — with a bit of laughter along the way.

"You can't be human all by yourself.
We often think of ourselves far too frequently as just individuals, separated from one another, whereas you are connected and what you do, affects the whole world."
