So, who am I?

I am a mother to a teenage daughter, an animal lover, and someone who loves to live life to its fullest, I value experiences and special moments.

I am a degree-qualified, registered counsellor, who specializes in

  • Children and Youth

  • Trauma

  • Grief and loss

  • Drug & Alcohol misuse

I am someone who has faced a variety of life experiences, and it has been through these experiences, that I have been able to build several important skills that I can take into the therapy room and help guide you on your own journey.

I am particularly passionate about working with youth. I have several years experience working with youth and work full time in a high school as a student counsellor.

I work with clients and businesses to support them to find the truest connection to themselves.

This work will ultimately guide the client and/or business to find true happiness, contentment, and satisfaction in all areas of their life. When someone is truly aligned with themselves and understand their inner workings, their passions, their values, and their version of what life means to them, this can all be connected to every aspect of their lives. I find this therapy creates a sense of calm, and peace for most people.

As someone who has lived through a range of diverse life experiences, I am passionate about connecting with people from all backgrounds. I am a disability advocate and welcome the LGBTIQA+ community to feel safe in my therapy environment.

Regardless of your background, your past, or your current story, I am genuinely passionate about guiding you to a place of inner contentment and healing. Together we will help you find a true connection in all areas of your life, but most importantly to feel connected to yourself; a sense of coming back home to yourself.

"You can't be human all by yourself.
We often think of ourselves far too frequently as just individuals, separated from one another, whereas you are connected and what you do, affects the whole world."
